A Lake home is nice but the water on the lake doesn't really move and a drought can affect the lake. An ocean home is nice but views seems more static and you enjoy it from afar. A delta home, you get the views and enjoy its activities close up. A drought won't affect it since it's connected to the ocean with water that flows.
