We love this place and want to share our happiness with you.  As our guest or short term rental, you have access to everything here as pictured.  Below are highlights of this property and why we feel that it is the best place to getaway from the chaos and enjoy life.


This home has the WOW factor. Custom Home with Sweeping, Majestic, Expansive, Breathtaking and Panoramic views of the largest bay in Discovery Bay; Lido Bay.  No curtains / blinds or shutters on any windows facing the bay since it's not needed as the hot sun isn't bombarding the views; which is highly, highly desirable.

So many Features:

  • As our Guest, the first level is isolated from the main house, with access to the dock and fast water. Your own private guest suite
  • Come by car or by Boat, enter through the front door or park your vessel on the dock and enter through the boat ramp.
  • First level has everything you need: Bedroom, Closet, Full Bath, Full Kitchen, Laundry, Living Room, Fireplace.
  • Unobstructed Sweeping and Majestic views from the Living room and Kitchen. Take in the views or watch the fish and wild life from your backyard
  • You are literally living above water, compared to most homes in Disco in which the homes are offset from the water. This gives you unobstructed views versus other homes in which the decks and other fixtures are blocking the view.  No matter how hot or cold the days are, you can spend it behind the glass windows overlooking the water beneath your feet year round.
  • Your own separate Entrances to the guest suite
  • Located in a small and very quiet Circle ( like a court, but even better.  Feels like your own small island )
  •  Premium Lot , not a "pinched" lot
  • In the largest and deep water bay in Discovery Bay; seconds to Fast Water rather than 30 minutes or more from other bays. Other shallow bays are prone to algae and weed growth which foul the boat's property or swimmers touching the dirty weeds.
  • Not in main water channel so no boat traffic to disturb your serenity
  • Since home is in the largest bay and on the outer circle, you get long, expansive views versus other homes in which its close proximity; you'll see your neighbor's decks/boats and other knick-knacks
  • Deep Bay next to fast water means clean, swimmable water.  The Delta is connected to the Pacific Ocean so you can literally travel the world from the backyard
  • Southern facing exposure which is highly desirable as backyard living won't be bombarded by the hot sun. Compared to many homes which is blinded by the sun and the house requires tons of curtains or blinds which defeats the views.
  • Fish, Swim, Boat and any water activities right off the backyard
  • 5 minutes by paddle board or row boat to sandy beach area when low tide, or if high tide, it becomes a shallow pool area. (see picture)

  • From a cold start, hot water to sinks and showers gets warm 5-10 seconds even in the middle of winter; instead of 1-2 minutes like most homes.

Clean Rooms

We've had our own personal experiences at the everyday dirty hotels and motels out there and as hosts of this property, we are anything but that.  We setup the environment to how we would like it for ourselves because after all; it's our home. Clean sheets, towels, vacuuming, wiping of surfaces after each and every guest is a given.  We are sure you'll agree with us that our accommodation is clean and if you're like us, cleanliness is one, if not the most, important factor we look for in our accommodations. 

Welcome Guide

Upon your arrival, you'll have a binder that contains our Welcome Guide, things to do, house rules and other items.  Along with this binder are two key pass card for your convenience to open the doors in addition to your code that was given to you before your arrival.

 
 

Self Check-in / Check-out

We make it easy once you book with us and upon arrival, you will have your access code from the booking platform such as VRBO with instructions on where to park and how to enter the premise.  At check-out, just go through the check-out guide and you're done.  All this for a seamless and private experience.
