Comparables

Comparables of homes, but we are biased because we really love our home features; especially the views and location.  These comparables only show water front properties that were sold within 1 year of our property.  You can log into Redfin.com and see the details on each property and you will notice that our house is larger, in a better location, better layout and more features than these comparables.  What's important to keep in mind when buying waterfront properties in Discovery Bay is the location and sun orientation.  You don't want a home that's located in a small bay, or worst, far away from fast water because it can take 30-45 minutes to get to the fast water due to No Wake 5 mph restrictions.  Also, since homes in DB is all about backyard living, if your backyard faces the sun all day in the afternoon; it will be unbearable.  Our home doesn't have these 3 major issues.
